Festival Sponsorship and Vending Information
Thank you for taking the time to read our information on Sumter County Motorsports Park Sponsorship and Vending Programs. Following is an overview on our plans and the events that are to occur during the Memorial Day Festival at the Sumter County Fairgrounds and Motorsports Park in Webster Florida. This packet will give you information on how you and your company can get involved and obtain extensive exposure for your business. We want everyone to be involved in the growth of our park, so vending and sponsorship is very important both for the growth of the park as well as the growth for new sales for those involved as sponsors. Tremendous exposure is available for sponsors of events at the facility. Entertainment events will be multi-faceted with concerts and racing events occurring at the same time as motorcycle, car and boat shows, swap meets and flea market style sales. These multi-faceted entertainment events will also feature amusement rides, karaoke contests, childern’s activities and many more entertainment options for adults and children alike. A wide variety of entertainment activities keeps the customer in the park for a greater period of time maximizing exposure for the sponsor or vendor.

Swap Meet Spots-$20.00 per 10 x 10 space or $50 for 3 day pass
